Exchanges Only
We currently offer exchanges only within a specified timeframe. Returns for refunds are not accepted.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Must include original packaging and tags
- Request must be made within 7–14 days of delivery (adjust if needed)
Non-Eligible Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Worn, washed, or damaged items
- Items without original packaging
- Final sale or clearance items
Exchange Process
To request an exchange:
- Contact our support team with your order details
- Specify the item and size you would like to exchange
- Ship the item back once approved
- Once received and inspected, we will process your exchange
Shipping for Exchanges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include photos for faster resolution
